If you would like to provide feedback with the service that you have received from a service provider, there are a number of ways you can do this.
In the case of a compliment, contact either the:
- Service provider
- Manager
- Senior Manager
If you are not satisfied with the service that you have received from a service provider, there are a number of ways you can seek to remedy the situation.
- The first thing is to contact the manager of the service and explain your concern to them. Be clear about what you see as the problem, what you expect of them and what they will need to do to satisfy you. It is better for everyone if problems can be sorted out at this level.
- If, however, you are still not happy, you can contact the DHCS Complaints Section, the Health and Community Services Complaints Commission or the Anti Discrimination Commissioner.
If you don't feel comfortable about doing this yourself, you might use one of the advocacy services available. The following advocacy services may be able to assist you.
