Health Advisory Council

The Health Advisory Council is a forum that provides high-level advice to the Minister for Health, on policy, planning and delivery of services to meet the complex and diverse health needs of Territorians. The council was established as part of Building Healthier Communities: A Framework for Health and Community Services 2004-2009. The Council combines the insights and knowledge of consumers and the expertise of service providers and health professionals to enhance the health of all Territorians, and build a better health system.
