Northern Territory H1N1 Influenza update - 6.00 pm 26 June

The number of H1N1 Influenza (human swine flu) cases in the Northern Territory is 125, with 10 cases being confirmed today. 2 of today's cases are from the Alice Springs area and 8 are from the Warlpiri area.

10 people are currently hospitalised. Nine of these are in Alice Springs Hospital and 1 is in Royal Darwin Hospital.

A range of Human Swine Influenza information is on the Department of Health and Families website: www.health.nt.gov.au. The number of H1N1 cases is a cumulative total since the first confirmed case in the NT on 31 May 2009. Many are no longer active and have made a full recovery.
