In 2011 CanNET NT will continue to engage Health Professionals across the Territory by hosting twice yearly Combined Network meetings (CNM) and site visits in four key areas: Alice Springs, Katherine, Nhulunbuy and Tennant Creek. Responding to feedback from remote Health Professionals, the Combined Network visits provide a group approach, improving time efficiency for busy remote Health Services. Meetings consist of program area updates, education, 'speed networking' and are held at the end of the working day to allow Health Professionals to attend after work and still be home for dinner!

Tennant Creek - March 8, August 9
Nhulunbuy - April 12, September 20
Katherine - May 10, October 11
Alice Springs - June 14, November 8
Notification of local Combined Network Meetings will be distributed through the participating program area email networks. Health providers are also encouraged to contact the relevant program area if they have consumer feedback and schedule an individual meeting time.
