Healthy School Age Kids

Healthy School Age KidsHealthy School Age Kids is a collaborative program between the Department of Health and the Department of Education, designed specifically for school aged children in remote communities. It is an evidence-based program of health screening for relevant health issues, providing a universal base for early intervention, health promotion and integration of other relevant programs and services.
