The CDN works in partnership with the CanNET project, General Practice Network NT and the Cancer Council NT, to hold regionally based network meetings.
The aims of the Combined Network Meetings are to provide opportunities for local / regionally based service providers to network with other local service providers to access multiple services and information in one meeting and participate in locally based training and development opportunities
The Combined Network Meetings are open to anyone who is interested including - GPs, Allied Health, Aboriginal Health workers, Nurses Practice Managers, Workers, Chronic Disease staff, Community Workers.
2012 Combined Network Meeting dates are:
- 15th February - Alice Springs
- 14th March - Darwin
- 15th May - Gove
- 14th August - Katherine
- 13th November - Tennant Creek
