Notices under Section 29 of the Poisons and Dangerous Drugs Act allowing Dental Therapists, Nurses and Aboriginal Health Workers to possess and supply scheduled substances are attached below:

Most notices include a list of scheduled substance (medicines) which workers covered by the notice may initiate treatment with according to the protocols of the work area. Approved work areas, e.g. specified health centres, should have a copy of the approved list for staff in a readily accessible place.
