Audit of Health Promotion Interventions

An audit tool was developed to gather data on health promotion interventions. The tool is available as an audit matrix or as an audit tool and can be found as attachments to the Health Promotion Draft Audit Report. This audit tool can be used within programs as an annual self reflection of health promotion practice. The results can be mapped against the evidence and decisions made with the program about what is working and what is not working.
