We have updated PubMed  to show you when an article may be available online in full text.

When you look at a citation in PubMed  there is a  Get it DHF button at the bottom of the screen. If you click on the button, it may take you to the individual article, or, if that's not possible, to the e-journal that you want to look at.  Alternatively, if the article that you want is not available in the Library's online collection, you will have the option of using our Resource Delivery service.

Resource Delivery

We will locate articles, books etc for DHF staff. Simply request and agree to copyright conditions and we will deliver!

To submit a request you need to:

  • Log into the form using your library barcode and surname
  • The system will recognise you, eliminating the need for you to enter your name etc on the form
  • Enter the citation for the item you would like us to get for you
  • After you have made the request(s) you will be able to check the progress of your item at any time via the Internet

About Library Services 

The Northern Territory Health Libraries network supports the research and information needs of all Departmental staff and affiliated health professionals throughout the Northern Territory.

The network is made up of five branch libraries located in Darwin, Alice Springs, Nhulunbuy, Katherine and Tennant Creek.

Our purpose is to support patient and public health care, through the delivery of evidence-based information and knowledge resources and services, specifically for clinical decision-support, public health programs, education and training, health technology assessment, research, policy, management and administration.
