Strategic Plan for Nurse Practitioners in the Northern Territory 2014-2016
A Strategic Plan for Nurse Practitioners (NPs) in the Northern Territory has been developed, which will see numbers of NPs in the NT increase over the next three years.
The Strategic Plan for Nurse Practitioners in the NT (Adobe PDF document - 1543KB) articulates a commitment to 25 NPs being employed in roles that will address gaps in service and benefit the community.
The Office of the CNMO will play a significant leadership role for realising the Strategic Plan. We are looking forward to the contribution NPs will make to the health of all Territorians.
